Registered Nurses (RN)/Part-Time or PRN
Summary:
We are seeking for part-time or PRN registered nurses who will develop written plans of service for each client. The RN will also supervise the delivery of the services by Caregivers through constant review of client records and on-site visits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Brief Description:
• Prior to the start of care, assess the needs of each client and specify services that shall be delivered based on a written plan developed in collaboration with the client and client’s family (Plan of Care.) The plan shall include at least the following:
❖ Assessment of the client’s needs.
❖ Functional limitations of the client
❖ Activities permitted.
❖ Special dietary needs.
❖ Specific personal care services to be performed
❖ Frequency of service.
• Aid in the development of processes to monitor appropriate utilization of services.
• Direct the implementation of service goals and objectives. Develop standards that
ensure safe and effective services to clients and families
• Participate in caregiver evaluations and ongoing education
• Participate in periodic reviews of policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance with COMAR 10.07.05.
• Consult with physicians in matters relating to patient care services.
• Participate as needed in the Agency’s overall sales and marketing efforts of the agency.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of nursing experience, with in-home care experience a plus; hold a current RN license in the state of Maryland and have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
Director of Nursing

Exceptional care and support are the foundation of Platinum Seniors Care, and DON will have primary responsibility for leadership to ensure that our clients and caregivers are well supported. The DON will develop written plans of service to be delivered for each client, and then supervise the delivery of the services by CNAs through review of client records and client supervisory visits.

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of nursing experience, with in-home care experience preferred.
• Hold a current RN license in the state of Maryland, Graduate of an approved School of Nursing.

From basic companion care (which includes, but is not limited to light housekeeping, sitter care, transportation, meal preparation, etc.) to more integral personal care (which includes, but is not limited to incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing, etc.), our Caregivers provide a wide range of services. They also may work a variety of shifts, from 1-24 hours (live-in), over weekends, at night, in the morning, etc.
Additional Requirements Include:
- At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation; proof of current auto insurance
- English proficiency and excellent communication skills
- Two references required
- Proof of a TB test taken within the last year showing clear results
- Must be able to pass background check
- CNA, HHA, and BLS/CPR training a plus.

Marketing and Sale Liaison
Summary:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity with a growing company? Are you a caring individual who enjoys helping people? Platinum Seniors Care is looking for a sales & marketing professional with the drive and passion for helping seniors stay safe in their homes. This position is responsible for building lasting relationships that results in referrals from health care facilities and professionals, performing new client assessments, and on-boarding new clients.
As a Client Services/Marketing Liaison, you will be responsible for developing new referral relationships as well as maintaining and growing existing relationships to grow top line revenue. The applicant will have a strong presence in the community, particularly in the health care and/or senior care arena, actively promoting the Platinum Seniors Care brand to physicians, hospitals, healthcare providers, case managers, skilled nursing facilities/rehabs, independent living facilities, assisted living communities, geriatric care managers as well as other potential referral sources. The ideal candidate will be professional, well-spoken and at ease in presenting to both professional as well as community audiences. Daily activities will include face-to-face marketing visits, community-based demonstrations and presenting professional in-services. It is expected that the applicant will be in the field position 90% of the time.

Specific Position Requirements:
- Minimum of an associate degree, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
- Become a senior care information resource to both potential clients and referral sources.
- Practice exceptional time management, organization, presentation, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Meet with clients and/or family members to explain services.
- Assist in the development of goals and objectives for Platinum Seniors Care.
- Visit targeted referral sources using a territory call cycle that has been developed and is constantly updated based upon market analysis and quarterly sales plans to meet and/or exceed assigned quarterly sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct presentations and/or staff in-services to community groups and professional staff.
- Seek, develop, and participate in marketing opportunities in the community; join and attend area networking and chamber groups; participate in health fairs, awareness days, etc.
- Previous sales experience essential.
- Comfortable cold calling and handling rejection.
- Must be available to provide on-call support during non-office hours.
